There isn't a whole lot to report for this month. April was a 'same ol', same ol'" type of month: daily activities such as the going to the Children's Museum, walking around the aisles of Petco (jealous?), playing in the front yard, and playing at the park; Sailor coming down with a cold that eventually lead to a horrible cough (of course she has to be sick at least 2 weeks out of every month); etc. You know, just livin' the dream.
This month:
- Sailor started saying the following words: 'shoe', 'ionkow' (I don't know), 'whas tha?', 'biddy' (binky), 'where's-he' (where is he?). It was around this time that I stopped recording every word she learned because she was learning so many of them. From now on, I only recorded the really impressive or cute ones.
- When Glen or I (but mostly only Glen) finished singing a song that Sailor liked or did anything else that merited applause, she would say, "Good job!"
- Sailor started singing parts of Justin Bieber's song, 'Baby'. She would sing (with the proper notes),"Baby, baby, baby, OH!"
- When Sailor eats something she really likes, she says "num NUM!"
- Whenever I tell Sailor to clean something up, she starts singing the beginning of the primary song, "Keen up, keen up.."
- Glen and I take so many pictures of Sailor that whenever she saw a phone or anything that looked like it could take her picture, she would say "Cheeee!" (Cheese).
- This month, Sailor really started to want to do the grown up things that I do (such as push a shopping cart, rock a baby doll, close doors, talk on the phone). I guess I better clean up my potty mouth before she starts mimicking that too ;). Ok, ok.. I don't really have a potty mouth.
- Sailor started using a pillow this month, in an attempt to help her congestion.

| For those of you who know me, this is seriously one of my biggest fears. Welcome to Texas! |
| Modeling his new shirt from his mom. Isn't he cute? |
| She loves to rub her bunny on her ears and nose. She does it when she's tired and when she wants to put herself to sleep. |
| Hanging out with our neighbor boy, Shawn. |
| Sailor just came around the corner of the driveway and spotted Shawn sitting by me in the garage. She sure does love that boy! |
| Pushing around two of her presents from the Easter Bunny. |
| Watching Yo Gabba Gabba no doubt while having a bedtime snack. |
| Going for a ride in Krista and Kenny's (our neighbors') bike trailer. This is their adorable daughter, Trinity. |
| Seeing the reverse function on my camera phone for the first time.. |
| ..warming up to it... |
| ...and embracing it. |
| Don't worry, folks.. she's not as obese as she looks :). |
| "Oh no she DIDN'T!" |
| Sailor's (and daddy's) new favorite game. |
| Sick... again :(. |
| Her cuteness seriously kills me. |
| Enjoying a cupcake to celebrate daddy's birthday! |
| Walking around Petco. It's either this or I have to walk .05 MPH while she helps me push the cart. |
| Olive fingers! |
| I'm trying to brainwash her from an early age :). |
| Still lovin' the possessed face. |
